Best university for masters in design - communication/graphic/visual

Please help me in selecting the best university for a masters in design (non-industrial) like graphic/communication/branding etc. I have a design background with 2 years professional experience. How are the following:
University of Edinburgh
University of Westminister (they are offering full scholarships)
University of the arts London (Chelsea or Central Saint Martins)
Brunel
