If one wishes them ironed, then yes. It's a good life skill if you haven't done it before and not too bad a thing to learn.
One may always arrive to class in a hoodie and jeans, which need no ironing.

No, one just wears tightly fitting clothes or hoodies that don't need ironing.

Being 100% serious, that is what i did last year.
If you feel the need to iron, there should be iron and ironing board provided in your accommodation or with the washing machines.
