I need some help with a project I am currently working on which is on cyber bullying.

With cyber bullying currently in the news, teenagers around the world are committing suicide or attempting to because of being abused online via social networking websites, email, IM, text messages etc.... If you could reform the law to tackle this issue, what would you recommend and why?
