I would personally not find it attractive, it's a bit much with the full outfit.

I'd be waiting for the oompa loompas to jump out and start singing.

Lmao. Nah, I meant it would suggest he was slightly...high maintenance. Whilst I agree that the baggy tracksuit trouser look doesn't look good, it's sometimes nice to have a casual day.
