I try to catch up on all the sleep I missed out on schooldays in the weekends..

Once I slept for 16 hours. I was completely stunned when I woke up and saw it was 6pm, it was so strange.

I've slept for 36 hours (I'm sure I passed out after waking up 6 hours in to use toilet) before then 14 hours a night for 8 days before :smile: that was the most I'll I've ever been (norovirus) however that being said if I don't set a alarm I can sleep 11+ hours most nights.

Do you sleep very little during the weekdays and then oversleep during the weekends? If the lack of sleep is your problem, then it's perfectly to ok to sleep due to something called sleep debt. Here's an article from the Harvard Med School that seems interesting:

um i found now i only sleep 4-5 hours a day lol i when from 11-12 to 4-5

yeah then your oversleeping during the weekend shouldn't be a huge concern! Your body is just trying to pay back the sleep debt
