UCAS track info not updated

hiya,

This is not my first time to use UCAS so the system gave me back the track ID in my first cycle. However, while I log in UCAS track, the information inside was still the previous cycle. I cannot find any info. about my new application. What is going on? :confused:

UCAS is having some problems updating its system at the moment. Several people have reported known changes not appearing on Track until several days later.

Usually when someone reapplies in another cycle, UCAS will eventually give their new application a different number. This can take a few weeks to happen. And again, this process could all have been caught up in the current update problems and/or Christmas holiday delays etc.

If you reapplied more than 3 weeks ago, give UCAS a call - 0871 468 0468 (UK callers) or +44 330 3330 230 (overseas callers).
