Making Tutorials to Revise?

I enjoy teaching people, and I teach people how to program. I'm close to doing my GCSE's and for revising I was thinking of making tutorials and storing them on my computer, therefore I can see whether I understand the topic and review the footage at a later date.

Would this actually work and help me remember?

I think it sounds like a great way to revise. Anything that makes you break down a subject in this way is helpful - you're basically describing a more engaged version of making revision notes. Creating the tutorials in the first place will help you remember things - reviewing later will help it stick. And if you're feeling altruistic - share the tutorials with the rest of us on TSR!
Sounds great. Please upload some of them to TSR, which might reduce the number of people asking the same questions over and over again!
