are my gcse results good enough for medicine

i know there are plenty of these threads but if you have the time please try and answer my question as i know competition is very fierce and many people apply with loads of A*

these are my predicted grades:

Maths A*
biology A*
chemistry A*
physics A*
r.m A*
history A*
sociology A
enlgish lit A
p.e A/B
english lang A/B

what i also need to ask is that if i get a B in english language then will that put me at a huge disadvantage

I'm looking at medicine too! If you want Oxbridge then you need an A in eng lang if not they just look for as many A*s as possible!
