Academic Requirements

UCLA

Students who have attended school under the British system must present five GCSE/Ordinary-Level examinations and at least three Advanced-Level examinations with superior grades.

What do they mean by superior, AAA? Has anyone been accepted with less than AAA?

I'm currently of the opinion that top American universities want machines, not people. Haha, but I think that's my anxiety talking...

UCLA is a public university. It has its first obligation to students from California, and tends not to take many international or even out-of-state students, as California residents tax money funds the university.

However given UCLA's academic reputation I'd be shocked if they meant AAA.
