University of Lincoln Colonials

Are you a new student starting in September or a current student wanting to try a different Sport? The University of Lincoln Colonials American football team are always looking for new recruits, people of different sizes and experience. If you have never played before NO PROBLEM! Most Colonials had never played American football before they came to university. We have coaching staff that can teach you all of the fundamentals and rules of the game relatively quickly. Then as you continue, you will gain experience and a better understanding of the game, with those around you there to help you learn until you are ready to play in our first game in early November.

Not interested in playing?
We are always looking for volunteers to help out on game days and in the team. We can offer you a lot of perks such as volunteering experience, the NFL games on Sundays after our game days at our sponsors plus I’m sure most of the guys in the team will buy you lots and lots of drink too.

The Official Trials for the University of Lincoln Colonials will be taking place on Tuesday the 22nd of September 2015 at the University Sport Centre's astro-turf. Registration will start at 7:30pm, with the drills starting at 8:00pm.
