my predicted grades are A* B C , for maths chemistry an physics, do i stand an chance of getting an offer from a university requiring AAB grades?

Yes you would. However, make sure you contact any university before actually applying; some may be cool with that while others may only accept A*BC (instead of AAB) in clearing.
