Norwich night life?

So, what's the night life like in Norwich? What clubs are there and what are they like?

I think that Norwich has really good nightlife. I'm not a student at the UEA, but I've heard from students there that the LCR has really good student nights - they have regular theme nights and often have good gigs there. UEA is well known for its huge choice of societies, too. There's also the fact that it's a campus based university, which would give you much more of a community feel than UCL (I'd imagine, anyway).

It does depend what you're into - there are loads of mainstream clubs in the city centre, like Lola Lo's, etc. There's some fantastic pubs. There's also a great alternative/indie/punk scene... loads of local gigs, and The Waterfront has Propaganda every Friday (student night, which plays indie/rock/etc).

Definitely worth considering. :smile:
