Don't act sincere - be sincere, or don't bother.
Sincerity is shown through actions, so if you really regret making your teacher angry then you need to prioritise getting all your work done regardless of how little motivation you have. It'll be hard and it won't be fun, but that's your answer - to meet your teacher's expectations of you. There's really no easy way out.

what the poster above said - either go in with a plan for catching up and get started on it or accept she's angry and don't bother, she wont buy it until she sees you change as she will see hundreds of students go through the school claiming they're going to change or try harder who never do
