EMA's new computerised system

Is anyone having trouble with this. I sometimes get letters saying it will be withdrawn for this week because of absences, but I was there. I have to go to the office and sort it out and it really annoys me :mad:

Also, the money deposit into your account takes a while. The old system is better.

Wasn't even aware they had changed their systems. They've managed to cock last weeks payment up for me anyway, had to sort it out yesterday (apprantely, was their fault and not mine).

well it gives someone a job. and yeah, this goes on at my school too. attendance and stuff have to be sorted every week.

Sounds like the OP is talking about a new system at their school, not a national one.

Ours at college has always been computerised, I think...
I've had that a couple of times if I've been late and the teacher has accidently marked me absent. Just always check that you've been marked present if you turn up late.
