Like most of the comments on here? Most of you define chav by the type of clothes they choose to wear or what music they listen to, which in today's day & age is pretty pathetic.

Chavs are the result of a failing education system, over generous giving of benefits, growing unemployment and decline in moral standards. I think if schools didn't force everyone down one route of passing exams for success and gave other options for those who aren't academically gifted then this problem can be severely reduced.
