Can I revise just from past papers (IGCSE Business)

Hi,

I'm a Y11 IGCSE student and I have around a month until my first exam (Business Studies). As of now I've read through most of the syllabus, learnt (not necessarily memorized) the content and I've been ploughing through 5+ years of past papers (Jun and Nov + 3 variant papers for each year)

I find that when it gets to the longer questions, my answers never fit the markscheme and I always blank out, I've done a few years of past papers but sometimes they ask completely different questions that I've never seen so I fail it, so what I want to ask is doing past papers, learning the markscheme enough for me to get an A/A*? What if completely new questions show up and I fail my exam?
