why cant employers use the term "your fired"

in this country at least why cant they use the terms "your fired" rather than saying "i am afraid your contract has been terminated" or "you can no longer work for us" etc

wouldn't be best to say "your fired" rather than being fancy or professional about it
you've been made redundant means the same thing

That reminds me of this guy. When he got sacked, his boss told him: "You're the bad apple of the bunch."

Following that, his nickname all his friends called him was "Bad Apple".
Because it would be grammatically incorrect to do so :colone:

You typically don't receive a lump sum payment when being fired, so no, not the same.
