What level of entry level experience do the banks (pref BBs) expect?

I have a couple BB SW under my belt, 3rd tier IB summer and a bb IBD summer offer. I would assume that's good enough for graduate recruitment or do they expect other sort of unwritten requirements.


I'm afraid I don't know about the target schools.
In some cases 2 years but more typically it would be 4 years of experience

So you would recommend starting the graduate training stints in the UK before transferring over?
