I don't why someone would post but if they are concerned with an obesity problem then do something about it.

Going off one pic I can't say.
It's your body, it's yours to improve.

To be honest, I quite like it
As has been said, it's a very bad angle. From the front or side you'd probably look quite different.

More importantly, did you deliberately shave your hair into that perfect line? That can't be just natural!

I know it's not slim exactly, but I don't want to be really slim. I cycle about 50-60 miles a week too so it's not like i'm unfit

Yes, you look fat.

You can't cycle that much and be that size, unless you eat a hell of a lot.

I cycle 15 miles a day, 5 days a week for work (about 7.5 miles each way). The belly has just never shifted.

Do a different type of exercise such as running or swimming?

Sorta...do you drink beer?
Also eat more protein like poultry and beans because when you digest it most of it burns off
more than carbs do
so imagine if you worked out and ate more protein
you'd burn off fat and it might turn firm or even to muscle :yy:

do more cardio/climbing stairs/elliptical/incline treadmill, and kickboxing or aerobics. I mean I'm sure you can look on the internet and follow along to workout vids...

ride your bike.

eat fibers like nuts and greenery so you can **** out everythin

drink H20 to help you digest and piss everything out

alternate your lifts

just be more active and eat better.
