I was searching for jobs at Next and I saw that there are quite a few job opportunities in my area but I don't understand what is meant by 'various hours'? Please can someone explain this to me? Does it mean you have to be fully flexible or do you have the option of choosing your hours? I attached a photo of the job description also.
