A level help
Hi I have a friend who is starting a levels again in September, he did start them last september however dropped out because he didn't like the college, however he believes that because he will be doing his second year when he will be over 18 that he will lose funding because he is classed as an adult, does anybody know if this is true and what he can do, how much will it cost him to do his final year?
if you start the first year before 19, i believe you re covered for both years to be free so i ve read.
