Can I change sixth form and go into year 13 ?

Now I'm going to be moving soon to sidcup, and since I currently live in the country side I will need to change sixth form, however none of the schools admissions have anything about going into year 13 from year 12, so I've emailed a lot of the sixth forms. So I suppose is it likely they'd take me for year 13, if I get good as results.
