Switch halls of residence

Hi, i have been accepted in to Birley Townhouse residence at MMU but would like to switch to Cambridge halls. does anyone know if (by chance) i find someone in cambridge halls who wants to swap to birley, we could do so by before the move in date?

First just ask the accomodation office you want to swap. Theres a high chance they will simply say yes.
In the event they say no, and you find someone to swap, yes they will.
Another option is to find someone who is leaving cambridge and find someone else to fill your room in birley

I just tried to switch from Victoria halls to Birley and the woman on the phone just straight shot me down and said no lol

I'm dying to switch from Cambridge halls to biey townhouses! Is there anyway this can be done?
