Anyone in talybont complex

Is there anyone in one of the talybont halls who would like to try swap with me? I have a room on the ground floor in university hall with a shared bathroom. It costs around £3500 which I believe is a lot cheaper than most rooms in the talybont area. I'll give more accurate details if anyone shows interest. Please let me know if you are interested, it'd mean a lot to me, many thanks.
