Pharmacy 2016 - Entry enquiries

I'm applying to pharmacy with predictions of ABB, however I want to apply to King's College which requires AAB. I totally messed around this year, should have gotten all A's and applied for medicine but oh well, hoping to retake a couple of modules and get at least AAA at A2 and apply for medicine on a gap year. I'm applying to pharmacy in case I don't get the grades next year to do medicine e.g. if I get AAB.

Is it worth applying to King's and Bath, both of which require AAB? (my predictions are ABB)

My gcse's are 9A* 2A
I am also predicted an A* on EPQ which is coincidentally related to pharmacy as it is on anticoagulant drugs.
I also have alot of work experience and volunteering and extra curric etc.
Also, I got ABCC in AS which is soo bad but i'm dropping maths - which I got a C in... but I also got a C in chemistry, even tho it was on the threshold of a B (hence why I am predicted a B) - will this have a negative effect on my application?
