will i get into top pharmacy schools?

This summer I received AS grades ABBB (Geography,bio,chem,psychology) and I'm now doing A2 in bio chem and geog however I don't think my GCSE'S were the best 2a* 4a 4b. I'm applying to manchester, cardiff, bath, kings and possibly LJM or UCL but are my grades to weak? I just know people who have applied with such better grades. However I have a week of community experience and a nuffield placement
