How is a nursery managers job role different to a regular nursery nurses?
hello,
I was a nursery nurse in my gap year before i went to Newman University and i loved it. I worked closely with the manager. our roles were very different, mine was a lot more hands on with the children and although she spend as much time with the children her role included a lot more paperwork and organisation, resulting in her working longer more intense hours. hope that helps a little.
