Help!!! I am confused about my essay question :( employment law
Hi guys.
I have my employment law c/w due next week, I have done research but the I am confused as to what the question is asking me to do ....
As the law stands, there are restrictions as to the person's status as an "employee" (however defined) and as to the length of time for which they have been working, on the ability of a person who carried out work for another person or company to obtain a remedy against that person or company.
Critically discuss the extend to which these restrictions are justifiable.
- I know the first part of it is a statement, in order to discuss and see whether the restrictions are justifiable I need to know what the restrictions are
