UCAS confirmation of placements via WAP

I am trying to register for notification of acceptance by firm/or insurance unis via UCAS through wap. When I go to their webpage all I get is a message saying 'Welcome to UCAS' and nothing else, no further instructions or anything and al I can do is go back to my mobile's homepage. I can't get any reply from UCAS on phone - so has anyone else had this problem and how have they resolved it?

UCAS have shut off their applicant enquiries service until tomorrow pm. Try then mate.

With WAP I searched for UCAS, and then clicked on the link.
Then it asks for your application number and password.
I typed them in and voila, my details were there (obviously without place confirmation, but at least it worked).

The thing is it worked on my phone (T-Mobile) but not my mother's (Orange). Make of it what you will.
