A moth just came into my toilet and I screamed and ran outside (because it touched my hand) and I woke my parents up
My mum was like "*my real name* ARE YOU OKAY, WHAT HAPPENED? ARE YOU OKAYYYYYY!!"

Which exam board are you doing? I can help.
I know panic attacks can be awful, make a list of things that help you in a panic attack and be sure to use those tips when in an exam.
