People in the TSR help section would probably be the best people to help you with this, but I've noticed that TSR has been very glitchy this past week. Every so often when I try to make a post I get the same message as you're getting but I try again and it usually works for me. All I can suggest is you make the thread in a different section and ask for it to be moved to study help. That way you can start getting answers to your question before someone comes along who can help with the technical issue.
