i always thought satisfaction metrics were rather useless, personally.

but this news doesn't come as a major surprise.

The attempted manipulation was this year not last year (when KCL came first, I believe). It was just the silly Law Society president who sent an email out to all students asking them to look favourably towards their university. Not as bad as it might first seem.
