I buy my breakfast at work at eat it there. Usually a full English, cos I'm greedy and unhealthy af
depending on quality and how its made (plus other parts of your diet and metabolism) a full english isnt that bad. Its filling, has tons of protien and will keep you going well past lunch time.
I usually go for ready brek with nothing on it. Its quick, easy, filling and healthy. Its hardly ataste sensation but unlike Museli (too many raisens) you can just shovel it in and swallow
At the moment, I only eat between dusk and noon. I have buttered wholewheat toast with spinach, ajvar, cheese, loads of eggs and some peanuts + misc fruit.
