Should I send my results before or after I submit my UCAS application?

I'm no expert on this, but I'd say after because there's no point sending them to all the unis you apply to when some of them might not even make you an offer and those who do might not want your certificates. Personally I'd wait until the unis actually ask you for them, if they do.
