On the CAF, I don't think you need to put your IB grades down.

Yes. Cambridge Application Form = CAF.

I seem to remember I skipped this part and either attached a school transcript of my IB grades from the last term / averages of the previous year or explained it somewhere else on the form.
You can't put your official predicted grades because your teachers are only supposed to give them to the IBO next February, once all your internal assessments are in. So they look at the grades you have so far and the hopes of your teachers / college counselor.
It's always best to ask where to put the info down though.

are you only putting ur predicted grades or also all your high school grades on the CAF?
