Reusing the reference from Head of Year

My Head of Year wrote me a reference last year for UCAS 2007 entry when I applied during my gap year.

I am now on my 2nd gap year because I withdrew from university.

I have a copy of the old ucas reference. Do you think it will be okay if I paste this reference in for 2008 application?

Or should I get a new one?

i'd get a new one its a bit outdated now...plus you can get your new referee to write about how the gap years have helped you
