Reusing Personal Statement from previous year, after rejecting offer.

Hi all, I was given an offer to an MSc programme last year, but had to reject it due to financial difficulties.

I have applied again this year and reused most parts of the personal statement I submitted last year.

Should I inform the university about me reusing my personal statement, to guard myself in case of being accused of plagiarising?
