Hmmm, is this for a piece of work that you have been given at University. I don't exactly know what they are looking for as I don't recall having to do one myself. I imagine it will be along the lines of having to:
(i) give the relevant facts of the case; (ii) stating what the decision is in relation to those facts and (iii) commenting on the decision by comparing it to other decisions on the same point of law and perhaps talking about the individual judgments handed down in the case.

That's basically what all those case-notes in the LQR, Conv etc do, so I would just do that. Have a look at some of those it may help - you can probably dig one up for the case you are writing it on :p:

They made us do a casenote for the few introductory tutorials that we had. As far as I know, nobody uses them in the form that we had to do for those tutorials. Some people use case cards but nothing overly elaborate.
