You can accept and reject offers whenever you want to from now up until the first week in May.
It should say the exact day for you on your Track home page.

ahh, well what if im not completely sure? I'm half and half on york and huddersfeild, can I keep these two options open? Will I need to do it sooner rather than later for the accomodation to be sorted? Thank you replying :smile:

You can delay your decision until the first week of may at the latest, otherwise your application will be withdrawn.

The sooner you reply, the more likely you are to get your first choice accomodation (but this really varies from Uni to Uni as some leave it to the last minute to allocate rooms anyway).
