If you're feeling well off you could try contacting Naric. Or alternatively contact some uni's who offer medicine (listed here to find out what they would consider equivalent to AAB in UK A levels.

Are you doing the IB? If you are then most unis state the qualifications for these. You'll need a qualification in English too. Contact the unis to see their pre-med requirments.

You need top marks in biology, chemistry and maths. Psychology also helps but is not a compulsary subject. You also need to have some work experience, eg. shadowing a doctor.
