Careers involving digital community support?

So, I'm looking for a new job and have had a crisis of confidence regarding how my experience links to vacancies. I previously handled in-house communications for a few organisations and have been inclined to follow-up looking in this area. It leads me most regularly to 'communication' positions but in many cases these are actually marketing jobs which are about generating leads and driving sales. Running digital campaigns comes up quite often, as does B2B marketing.

This week I've centred my searches around 'community officer' but I wonder if there's a more obvious position I'm missing? I'd ideally like to find another role in-house for a large company where I'm not being relied on to sell things. I enjoy promoting events through digital platforms (e.g. social media) and assisting customers who are already part of a product's existing userbase.

Unsure if I explained this well but hopefully somebody can help.
