-yes to some extent.

-continued long waiting lists/A&E waiting time and a shortage of doctors.

what changes can u see in the NHS in the next 10 years?

oh changes.. hmm 'modernising medical careers' maybe worth a look at (the whole f1/f2 thing). and doctors working hours is supposedl going to be reduced drastically within 10 years. GPs can opt to not work 'out of hours# and all this might still leave a shortage of doctors (and cause mroe patients to go to A&E, rather than call for GPs).
