workout from home

Hey guys!

can anyone help me out and give me a daily work out regime for at least 45 mins a day that includes yoga please?

mainly for Weight loss and needs to be the whole body (or the whole body within two days i.e leg day)

begginers **** please, I'm not a gym fanatic!

i’m no expert so i can’t give an individual recommendation but nike training club is a great app with loads of free workouts for all fitness levels!! and there are loads of youtube channels like bowflex and popsugar fitness which have some short and longer workouts of different intensities. hope that helped!

Well you can try HIIT workouts, it’s high intensity interval training and you could do more work in half the time by putting in double the effort.
