I'm trying to set up a sci-fci discussion thread, in entertainment's forum and a football discussion thread in sport's forum, but she keeps erasing them they are in the relevent forums and are not clogging up general chat, Part of the agreement of the specialists and I is that I give them tasks once a fortnight or so, and these clubs are popular choices, they have voulnteered manage clubs along with me, therefore as the co-manager of all of the HA threads, I a entiled to start a discussion in the relevant forums if I want to, they're not harming anyone, so why can't I have them.

Haven't you figured it out yet? Your help society thing is going nowhere.
As I said in PM and in the thread I locked - if the task is for your Sci Fi expert to manage/run the Sci Fi club then please ask the expert concerned to start the thread themselves.

Starting threads on other people's behalf is bad manners IMO...especially when you explicitely mention in the title or post body that someone else will be "in charge" of that thread. If you can show me a PM from Agent Smith showing that he's given you express permission to start this thread on your behalf then I'll unlock it. If not please let people start their own threads.

I would have thought that miss help would have realized the value of being able to edit the first post in a "club".

Pencil Queen is the best and twinkle toes, you are not a 'manager' of this forum, its the mods jobs to manage what goes on here and they have been really leniant so far. You've oviously got some little power complex going on.......

because you have zero authority and tumbling credibility.
Id also appreciate it if you didnt launch threads to moan about issues that you have with the moderators, who appear to have been both leniant and clear.
Me personally, I'd like to know what power these thread "Managers" think that they have, or that Twinkle-Toes thinks that she has brought to them.

They can't moderate, they can't delete the thread, can't close the thread, and then who will TT come crawling back to... the moderators of this board who she is quite happily slating at every opportunity - and for the benefit of anyone in this Help Association, which has done nothing other than alienate a few members of the board, the moderator team are the ones with the authority here.

ok ok I do realise that I don't have the power to mod etc, but I just thought it'd be nice for some people on the site to have a little harmless responsibility around here. People can do this through HA

That might be true. But it is not the responsibility of a a newbie to dish out responsibility. If responsibility needs delegated, m will choose more mods. Can't you see how the "HA" is pointless? People already do what you say the HA will be responsible for.
