Reapplying 2009 - Chances of getting in..

This year I applied to Economics at Notts which I declined and International Economics which I got an offer but I didnt meet the grades...and I couldnt get into my 2nd choice so its a gap year for me.

I'm going to reapply this Sept again but this time for Industial Economics cause I already have the required grades to get in for it (ABB)....but just needed advice on how likely I would be to get into Notts or are they most likely to reject me....cause they will already know from this year that I didnt get in.

As long as you meet the grades, your PS is alright and you meet whatever criteria they want, they won't discriminate against you because you didn't get in the first time.
