I've received my grades and have been accepted onto my course to study dentistry. Is there anything I need to do right now?

I've been put on the waiting list. How do I know if I've been given an offer? What do I do if I want to accept the dentistry offer but have an offer to study my back up choice?

I have an offer for Liverpool but it is 2024 entry and I have been rejected by Dundee which was my top choice. Is there any chance for me to receive an offer from Dundee on results day? Considering I received a post interview rejection and firmed Liverpool as it was the only offer I received for Dentistry.
