I couldn't get to sleep and fainted, should i go to work?

I have not gone to sleep and also I have work at 9am tomorrow.

I will go to the doctor's or should I go to the doctor and call in?

I feel very hot too.

I would suggest calling in sick and telling them and see the doctor as soon as possible tomorrow

Just say you fainted, have a temperature and have a drs appointment, with everything going on currently id like to think the company would be accepting if you've got a temperature etc

*shrug* Depends, are you really ill or just kind of wanting to be? Like if you're fainting AKA losing consciousness this shouldn't really be a question.
