Should I miss my uni lectures because of holiday?

I'm currently on holiday for a week and have scheduled lectures for uni next week, which are all online. My relative suggests that I should sacrifice this trip and miss my uni lessons - I don't think this is fair. Also, I can't say I'm sick and can't attend because stupid me (got too excited) and put this info on my social media - people from my course can see it too. What do I do?
I have uni basically everyday apart from Thursday and practically all finish in the afternoon. I'm also having internet/ reception difficulties where my data isn't working and the WiFi is useless - also dreading connecting my laptop to a WiFi network that doesn't even work and fear my hotspot from my phone won't scratch car. Help. What do I do? I'm so lost. I want to enjoy this trip but it looks like my uni is getting in the way. I don't have a valid reason of not showing up to online lectures.
