Is it too late to start reading now that I’ve almost finished university.
I haven’t read since primary school. I’m now in my last year of university and it’s not until now I’ve discovered my reading abilities is poor. I’ve been able to pass all my other academic achievements but I’ve always struggled with understanding questions. I’ve also got poor communication skills as I don’t have a wide vocabulary. It it too late to now start reading? Will there be a difference in my verbal communication?
It’s never too late to read. Depending on what you read and whether you can maintain a good reading habit, you will show improvements in your verbal language.
