Binge eater and want to get fit and healthy

Hi everyone,

I suffer with binge eating. I can't control myself and have to be chewing continuously. It's due to CPTSD, anxiety and depression which I am in the process of receiving treatment for.

I'm moving out into a healthier, safer environment in January and want to start planning meals, must haves and get into a bit of a routine between now and then to really try and improve my life.

I'm disgusted at how large I've gotten and hate myself. I'm so unfit as well.

Any help would be much appreciated. Meal/snack ideas are going to be most useful. I have coeliac disease so no gluten :smile:
